What we collect
If you subscribe to the Daily 3, we store your email address and when you confirmed it. If you use the contact or sponsor forms, we store what you send us. When you vote, we set an anonymous browser ID cookie and store a one-way hash of your network address to stop vote spam. We never store your raw IP address.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run ad trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Your theme, sound, and quiz preferences stay in your own browser (local storage).
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Vercel, data is stored in a Neon Postgres database, and email is delivered by Resend. They process data only to run these services.
The Daily 3 uses double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirm link. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all newsletter emails.
Your choices
To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. To have your email or messages deleted, contact us and we'll remove them.
